Synopsis

is a super-hero whose unique completely malleable body chemistry allows him to stretch to great lengths and contort himself into any position imaginable. Originally a criminal nicknamed "Eel" O'Brian(Ben Schwartz), an accident in a chemical factory gave him his ability and he reformed to fight against crime. Woozy Winks(Patton Oswalt) is his bumbling best friend and sidekick. Despite being one of the most powerful people on the planet because of the limitless nature of his powers, O'Brien has a care-free and humorous attitude towards life, leading many to not take him seriously.

An FBI agent with a penchant for loud shirts and stealing office supplies, "Woozie" as he's known to his friends risked his life and career to help the injured Eel O'Brian when his old gang deserted him. Now, he's Plas's closest friend at the Bureau and a friendly face when it's needed most.
