Synopsis

is a super-hero whose unique completely malleable body chemistry allows him to stretch to great lengths and contort himself into any position imaginable. Originally a criminal nicknamed "Eel" O'Brian(Ben Schwartz), an accident in a chemical factory gave him his ability and he reformed to fight against crime. Woozy Winks(Patton Oswalt) is his bumbling best friend and sidekick. Despite being one of the most powerful people on the planet because of the limitless nature of his powers, O'Brien has a care-free and humorous attitude towards life, leading many to not take him seriously.

Description of Plastic Man (Patrick "Eel" O'Brian):

Once a thief nicknamed "Eel", O'Brian's life fell apart when he was exposed to unknown chemicals when his gang was trying to rob the Crawford Chemical Works. Rescued by Agent Winks, Plas as he came to be known was inspired to turn over a new leaf, helping to track down and testify against his old gang. That done, he joined the FBI as "Very Special Agent Plastic Man."
