While patrolling Tarabiscoville, Catboy, Owlette and Gekko meet Fleegle, Bingo, Drooper and Snorky, and must collaborate with them to stop Romeo, Night Ninja and Octobella from destroying Tarabiscoville and all the other countries and continents in the worlds.
