A former ODIN agent turned cyborg who is sincere, square-jawed, and completely oblivious to how annoying he is. After being rebuilt by the KGB, he becomes Archer's obsessive nemesis that balances earnestness, menace, and dark humor as a villain who is also deeply wounded.
