Description of Sumire / Kasumi Yoshizawa (芳澤すみれ / かすみ):

After her older twin sister, Kasumi, has sacrificed her life for her safety, Sumire Yoshizawa would be overcome with guilt over the loss of her sister. During the events of the game, she goes by the name "Kasumi Yoshizawa," assuming the identity of her identical older twin sister. With Takuto Maruki's help, he made her cognitively assume she was her sister, letting her live a normal school life. With the help of the Phantom Thieves helping her see the truth and find faith in herself to pursue her dreams, she cooperates with the group in taking down Maruki, who has been rewriting reality via cognition to cleanse the world of pain since New Year.
