The streets of London are terrorized by an unknown murderer solely targeting prostitutes, this murderer who the papers have named “The Peeper”, by day is a photographer for the local news named Charlie. A very meek and small man nobody would ever suspect to be the killer, however he is a very twisted man with a horrible past. One of his would be victims, a woman named Sarah, makes Charlie show a different side of himself, he can’t bring himself to kill her, it’s a mystery whether he’ll let her live or finish her off.
