Though Sunblast is defeated and eaten(?) by Demencia, the villains narrowly avoid capture from Peacemaker, Sandman, and the Black Widow. They report this to Black Hat, who merely brushes it off as a minor setback. After all, he's already in the process of finding more recruits to become the most powerful army. And ever that eldritch entity, he's found a couple already.
