Story Plot

5 years later Ryder (Grant Gustin) and his puppies Marshall (Tom Holland), Rubble (Gabriel Iglesias), Chase (Justice Smith), Rocky (Billy Crystal), Zuma (Tye Sheridan), Skye (Elle Fanning) and their new member Liberty (Halle Bailey) have grown up both in Adventure Bay and Adventure City, but they have to face the ultimate test to protect the city from a threat that lurks deep within the waves as they face their most biggest and riskiest rescue ever.
