Story Plot
"After several reports of strange activity in Paris, France, the Harker Foundation embarks on an investigation accompanied by the recently captured Larry Talbot. Here they will meet two new monsters, The Phantom and The Hunchback, who threaten to leave the city of Paris as nothing but rubble."
