Description of Yukinari Ohkido:

Midori's grandfather and the show's narrator, who is loosely based on Professor Oak. Much like how Oak guides the player throughout the original Pokemon games, he guides Madoka throughout her adventures and misadventures alike. His actor was sixty-two at time of filming.
