A young orphaned sea otter pup named Ozzie has graduated from boarding school and was sent to a big city to make new friends with other animals and go on a big journey to become a secret spy, stop a bullying young lamb, Betty, from stealing things from other animals without asking first and solve the case of the missing science book.
