Synopsis

Ever since the tragic car accident that took the life of her boyfriend, Taylor has been desperately trying to get her life back on track -- which hasn’t been easy, as she’s been juggling both her trauma and guilt over the situation. She figures starting a new job is as good a step as any towards recovery, and applies to work an overnight front desk at a roadside motel just a ways out of town. Despite her ongoing trauma and anxiety, she is determined to settle in and make the most of her new situation…even if it means dealing with creepy phone calls, not to mention the varying array of customers, or the possibility that she’s being stalked…

Description of Taylor McPherson:

Taylor is our protagonist with a troubled past. Over a year ago, she and her boyfriend were returning from a holiday party when they were involved a head on collision -- one that killed him and left Taylor with both physical and mental scars. Now she is more determined than ever to move forward with her life and tries to remain hopeful about her new job at the motel...something which is easier said than done with her paranoia eating away at her every five seconds.
