The forest animals are back on vacation to Louisiana. Vincent the black bear and RJ’s archenemies returns for revenge and has brought along his cousin Dominic who was never mentioned or appeared in the first film. However they are secretly working for a mad scientist/evil mastermind who is creating evil clones of animals to take over the world. New voices will be needed for RJ, Verne, and Ozzie, their originals voice actors will only be heard in flashbacks from the previous film.
