A totally random and mysterious event happens in the world, where 99.99% of the population simply disappears overnight. Only a few people are left, two of them being teenagers Mitchell Brook and Adam Rickey. At first confused, they try to find out what happened to the rest of the population, but over time they begin to enjoy each other's company more and more, discovering that they were already childhood friends thanks to their mothers, and little by little they begin to feed their love, without needing anyone to judge them. SPOILER: At the end of the film, it is revealed that the two were part of a scientific experiment in which they suffered a serious accident, left comatose in a world with no other people but them.
