The titular Johnny is a 40-year-old, not very handsome man. Despite this, and despite his uninteresting character, all the women in town quickly fall in love with him. Also Mia, who is in love with him, knows that the man reciprocates his feelings for her and decides to do everything to make him dare to confess it to her.
