Synopsis

This is an American version of the 2021 anime. It looks the same as the original series but with some slight differences. For instance, the setting has been changed to Manhattan, NYC. Plus, the characters are now of American descent, so in case you don't know who's who, I will include the original character's name in brackets to help you understand who's who. (UPDATE: Original Characters will be added. But first, I'm working on bios for everyone)

Description of Keith Mulder:

The posthumous overarching protagonist of the series. He is a college student and the ex-boyfriend of Mystery Kiss member Yvette Minx. A few months after their breakup, he was found dead in an alleyway, and his death was ruled a murder. Yvette, still bitter over the breakup, made an insensitive tweet mocking his death, claiming that he deserved it. The tweet offended a ton of people, leading her to get cyber bullied into committing suicide. His death is what kickstarted the events of the entire series, and solving the mystery behind his death is a major part of the plot. He is an original character partially based on Yuki Mitsuya.
