Richard Rider, the greatest of the remaining veterans, decides to train a young human, like him, named Sam Alexander, to prepare to avoid an approaching war, as well as to stop a strange being traveling on a particular surf. .but is the latter really an enemy or is he trying to minimize the damage ?
