A joint venture of Nintendo and Disney, this company serves as Nintendo's brand spanking new animation unit, where both WDAS and DTVA will be handling the rights to Nintendo and where Nintendo Pictures (originally Dynamo Pictures, the studio that Nintendo has literally just acquired) will be permanently folded into. Also, Illumination Entertainment (part of Universal Studios, NBCUniversal) will join this company as well, and so will SD Entertainment (the studio that produced Make Way for Noddy back in the early 2000s).
