For many years, a group known as the foot clan had ruled over New York. Reporter April O’Neil is put on an assignment to cover the history of the clan. But when she is attacked by members of the clan, April meets four brothers, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo, who are in fact turtles. When the foot clan begin their war against New York, the brothers must work together to fight their enemy, The Shredder.
