An infantile duo of an alligator snapping turtle and a gray wolf mutated by Old Hob to become part of his vigilante mutant rights group the Mutanimals. Much to his annoyance, however, Tokka and Rahzar saw Hob as their mama because they were both babies when they were mutated. Regardless, the two of them are incredibly strong and use that strength to protect their new mama.
