A Foot ninja abducted by Old Hob and mutated into a fox. She was initially planned to replace Alopex should she go rogue, but those plans ended once Hob took Ninjara. She would then work for the Mutanimals as a thief and assassin, which allowed her to encounter the Turtles multiple times and develop a one-sided crush on Raphael, who thinks she’s too similar to Alopex to warrant pursuing her. They remain close friends however after the Mutanimals change sides. Ninjara also happens to be Tiger Claw’s sister who joined the Foot to try and reverse her brother’s mutation.
