A Yokai scientist and leader of the Hidden City who plots to mutate the people of the surface world with his Oozesquitos. Although Draxum is highly intelligent and takes his work seriously, he is also very arrogant and impatient, which is how Michelangelo and Mondo Gecko managed to escape his clutches when he tried to experiment on them. He would later be forced to work alongside the Turtles after Big Mama ran him out of the Hidden City when she made a deal with Null, causing him to learn that humans aren’t as bad as he thought.
