A new sociopathic serial killer, Saika, has made her Arrival to Bludhaven as she was the one who killed Coline. As she has a vendetta against Dina Grayson, unmasked, Saika reveals herself to Det. Jassie Bard, girlfriend to Stephen Brown, as she was the daughter of Romane Sionis, Black Mask. With the help of Tayck al Ghul & his new League of Assassins, Jassie is gonna make Dina Grayson’s life and the city of Bludhaven a living hell. And it starts with manipulating Bryce Wayne and activating a bomb to destroy the new Wayne Tech project, Watchtower. Dina must do anything to stop Saika, even if she has to make allies from old enemies.
