After stepping away from his role as Robin, Dick Grayson begins a new life in the crime-ridden city of Blüdhaven. Struggling to escape Batman's shadow, he takes on the identity of Nightwing and vows to protect the city on his own terms. When a powerful crime lord rises and threatens to plunge Blüdhaven into chaos, Nightwing must confront his past, challenge his limits, and prove that he can stand as a hero in his own right.
