Synopsis

Since relinquishing the Robin costume and persona, Dick Grayson has donned a new title outside the shadow of Batman -- Nightwing. Attempting to create his own life and forge his own destiny, he has begun anew in the city of Blüdhaven. As a rookie cop, he works to protect his city from underworld kingpin Joseph Minette and his stalwart bodyguard Mark Desmond without the help of Blüdhaven’s corrupt police force. He’ll soon discover that behind the corruption and villainy that permeate the city, there lurks an even more powerful foe.

Description of Joseph Minette:

He was the first criminal put away by Robin. Years later, after being busted out, he relocated to Blüdhaven and took control over organized crime, becoming the city's biggest crime lord. He's highly intelligent, opportunistic, brutally strategic and self-obsessed.
