  • misterwolf Plot: The god Talos narrates, and tells the story of Lillith Brynhild, a violent and sadistic former vampire queen who became an assassin after commiting numerous war crimes. One day, however, she meets a woman named Muiri and turns her into a vampire when the latter learns what she is, and they later fell for each other and got married in secret. Lillith soon became overcome with regret over what she has done and renounced her violent ways, abandoning her life as an assassin. Lillith and Muiri eventually settled down in the city of Riften and adopted two infant girls, Sofia and Runa, becoming a vampire family who prey on those who dare harm the innocent.
  • misterwolf A few years later, Lillith and her family are heading to their home when they are suddenly attacked by the Dawguard, a group of vampire hunters who believe that all undead are evil. Muiri begs Lillith to use her magic to conceal her and the children in an object. Reluctantly agreeing, Lillith grabs her amulet of Kynereth and casts a powerful spell on it and her family, concealing them in the amulet. She then escapes Riften unscathed, but is immediately guilt-ridden, not only by her past, but for being forced to protect her family by trapping them in her amulet.
  • misterwolf 4094 years later, it is now 2026; with her 5023rd birthday, also the 5000th aniversary of her vampirism, being around the corner, Lillith begins preparations for her celebration with her younger half-brother, Michael, and their friends Garen Marethi and Fura Bloodmouth. However, a vampire lord whom Lillith had killed many years ago is resurrected by a vampiric cult, and he attacks New York City. Lillith, still protecting the innocent today, equips her gear and arms herself with Dawnbreaker, a magic sword that only she can use. She also takes her amulet, not wanting to live without her family.
  • misterwolf Lillith recruits Michael, Marethi and Fura, and then realizes that she will have to operate in the shadow, as the Dawnguard now pursues her. Muiri, whom Lillith occasionally speaks to with magic, insists on helping her and her friends fight Dracula; Lillith hesitates, as she would rather protect her family, but after she learns that Muiri has learned martial arts and studied weapon usage, she agrees.
  • misterwolf Lillith frees Muiri from the amulet and lends her a sword and some of her gear. She then subsequently reveals that the vampire lord is Count Dracula; she was the one to hammer a stake through his heart, and has thus earned the honor and respect from many across the world over this, but it has been long forgotten and many now believe vampires are a myth. Lillith and Dracula battle, with the latter overpowering and defeating her before suddenly reversing her spell on the amulet and kidnapping Sofia and Runa. Lillith and Muiri vow to rescue them.
  • misterwolf Later on, as the group continues their pursuit of Dracula, Lillith reveals that she and Michael are the children of Aurvandil Brynhild, a murdered high king of Scandinavia, which was originally a place called Skyrim during that time. A flashback reveals that Aurvandil was an enemy of Emperor Titus Mede II, the emperor of Earth from many years ago, and was about to expose his corruption and support of the Empire of Cyrodil for their unorthodox ways and lack of empathy. However, he was assassinated by a Penitus Oculatus agent sent by Titus to prevent this, and Lillith killed them both in revenge during her days as an assassin.
  • misterwolf Dracula appears and reveals that the cult who resurrected him are servants of Molag Bal, daedric lord of Domination and creator of vampires. Bal arrives and berates Lillith for betraying the vampiric ways; he demands that she and her friends serve him, but they all refuse, preferring not to serve evil again. Enraged, Bal attacks them, but the Dawnguard leader Robert Aurelius arrives and shoots him before banishing him from the land of the living. Realizing that Lillith and her friends are not evil, he agrees to work with them. Dracula escapes, but not before revealing that he trapped Sofia and Runa in another amulet. Muiri wants to destroy the amulet, but Lillith states that even though there is a slim chance that will free the children, it is extremely likely that they will die with the amulet if it is destroyed.
  • misterwolf Lillith eventually realizes that Bal is the head of the Blood Council, a cult-like organization consisting of vampires and humans as well as a few other monsters, and she temporarily leaves the group to destroy the council so they do not stand in her way. She tracks down their citadel and upon entering, they welcome her with the knowledge that she will fight them, but she decides to make conversation with them first. While Lillith agrees that many vampires today are innocent and following the ways of life like humans civilians do, she remarks "But I don't condone to cultist behavior." Lillith battles the entire council in a brutal, violent fight, and although overpowered by the strongest member, Prometheus, the monster of Frankenstein, she outsmarts him. She then gut Prometheus, skins him alive, and beheads him, leaving behind a brutal massacre and dealing a major blow to the dictatorial-like rule of monster laws. She then reunited with the group with the head of Prometheus, intending to use it to threaten Bal, knowing he will not be trapped out of the world for long.
  • misterwolf Arriving at the Statue of Liberty, Lillith and group fight Dracula, who easily overpowers them, nearly kills Michael with a serious blow to his head, eviscerates Marethi, and beheads Aurelius. Talos arrives and turns the tide of the battle in Lillith's favor. Talos fights Bal, whose banishment has been lifted, while Lillith engages Dracula in another violent fight. Bal defeats Talos and attempts to execute Sofia and Runa, who have both realized that they were kidnapped to serve as sacrifices for the daedric lord; Muiri swiftly executes Bal and grabs the amulet. Dracula easily overpowers Lillith, but Talos saves her with an arrow to Dracula's shoulder. Lillith then bites off both Dracula's throat and jugular and spits them out, killing him; however, she is unable to lift his spell on the amulet. Left with no choice, Lillith destroys the amulet, and Sofia and Runa are miraculously freed from the amulet as it is destroyed.
