Nemesis
Once upon a time, little Matthew Anderson lost his drug-peddling parents and fortune when they were arrested on his 10th birthday by Officer Joe Costello. Well, every boy becomes a man eventually. And after 20 years of training around the world, that boy eventually became the most evil man on the planet. Some call him a terrorist. Others call him the world's only Supervillain in a world without Superheroes. But you can call him by his true name: Nemesis. And he has big plans for Joe Costello, who has now become the mayor of Los Angeles. And by the time he's done, Los Angeles will never be the same.
