Story Plot
Three months after the defeat of Eddie and the Eastsiderz, Ryan Cooper enjoyed the luxury of being the king of the streets of Olympic City. However, it all came crashing down when he is involved with a car accident that someone deliberately caused. With all of his money gone, Samantha helps Ryan with the only lead they have, that being in Bayview City.
