Story Plot

With the defeat of Caleb Reece in Bayview, Ryan Cooper fled the streets of Bayview as his bounty increases. With his new car, a BMW M3 GTR, that was made for him as a thank you from Rachel and Melissa, Ryan finds himself in the streets of Rockport. However, he must fight his way back to the top when local racer, Razor, took his car and the RPD close in on his tail.
