Set in England during the 1960's, 2 trouble making twin boys Isaac and Johnnie Walker keep fighting an arguing over everything, and even beating each other up. And one little sister Wilma Walker has not got a very nice personality, she is very mean to her parents, and bullies kids and neighbours, and even got a plan to ruin everything. Will Nanny McPhee solve the problem
