Namor The Sub-Mariner was originally meant to be 1997 live-action/anti-hero film, Namor The Sub-Mariner was literally on Universal Pictures and produced by Marvel Enterprises, was directed by Joel Schumacher, produced by Avi Arad, written and screenplay by Sam Hamm. Also was starring Chris O'Donnell as the prince Namor, Marlon Brando as the captain Leonard McKenzie and Tim Curry as Hydro-Man, the main villain.
