Believed to be an evil wind spirit, hence her nickname, this being is actually a protector of nature punishing those who endanger her, which is why she had been watching some members of Ouranos for a while. Child of Echidna and Typhon, she can pass through matter and unleash powerful storms to scatter her enemies.
