Head of the cyborg super soldier experiment dubbed "Project ЯR" in collaboration with Dr. Wilhelm Schultz. He was introduced to Asakura as a guest lecturer at the Imperial University of Japan when Asakura was studying medical engineering. The Doctor, greatly impressed with Asakura, insisted that the young man come to Munich as an exchange student. Now, Asakura worked under the doctor for the cyborg experiment project.
