  • theonewithda_gun Following her father's sudden death and a failed coup by her uncle Richard in 1989, Eleanor Cross, barely into her teens, unexpectedly inherits command of the Cross Organization—a secretive agency charged with eliminating inhuman threats to the United Kingdom. Thrust into power far too young, Eleanor faces deep skepticism and doubt from many—after all, how can a child command a centuries-old institution steeped in war and shadow? Despite her young age and doubts from the organization's governing body, the Round Table Council, Eleanor is determined to prove herself worthy of her inheritance. These internal tensions mirror the escalating external dangers that begin to stir beneath the surface of British society—threats that grow more violent and unpredictable as old laws begin to erode and supernatural forces creep into a modernizing world. By her side stands V, the ancient vampire she first encountered in the manor’s sealed dungeon the night her life changed forever. His mere presence unnerves many, but Eleanor has come to rely on him—as her servant and guide. Though his motives remain obscure, V becomes both an ally and a riddle she cannot yet solve. As Eleanor’s journey unfolds, she is confronted with difficult truths—not only about the nature of the supernatural forces she must fight but also about humanity itself. In a world riddled with cruelty, corruption, and cycles of violence, Eleanor must wrestle with the moral cost of leadership. The choices she makes here will echo into the future—and shape the Lady Eleanor Cross the world will come to know. The story follows Eleanor during her early days of leading the organization, as she faces personal challenges and difficult choices that will shape the future of the Cross Organization—and her own fate.

    • theonewithda_gun   Also, one of the main key themes of this prequel's story would have a profound message about life and human crime. It is appealing to the problem modern society faces. The title of this prequel implies that humans carry sin from the moment they are born, and that they have to face the fact that they are born carrying sin, and face that sin, and live accepting it, which is what Eleanor struggled to do in this story. Overall, it is about succession of sin that happens from the past to the current time the story takes place in.
    • theonewithda_gun   Fyi, this took place in early 90s starring a teen Eleanor. It will be a two-parter. The second part will star a 18 year old Eleanor, set in mostly 1994.
