Description of The Black Ninja: Chapter I (Film Two):

A billionaire Lou Wicker travels to the Far East, where he's trained in the martial arts by Rick Kellard, a member of the mysterious League of Darkness. When Kellard reveals the League's true purpose -- the complete destruction of Olympus City -- Wicker returns to Olympus intent on cleaning up the city without resorting to murder. With the help of Sir. George Schofield, his loyal butler, and his brother Tom Wicker a tech expert at Wicker Enterprises, The Black Ninja is born.
