Mario and Luigi's grouchy cousin Wario and his relucent friend Waluigi team up with Bowser Jr. and King Wart to take over the Mushroom World using the powerful Grand Star to re-shape the world under their control. Mario and Luigi, along with their new pet dinosaur Yoshi, find their way to Sarasaland where a tomboyish princess agrees to help them on their journey, but can they stop a new team of villains from freeing Bowser and taking over the world?
