But if we gave up every time we lost, then we'd never be able to move forward.” Ruby had a lot of high hopes as a Huntress upon entering Beacon Academy and fighting the Grimm alongside Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long. However, the disastrous world of Remnant proved to Ruby that life wasn’t as much of a fairy tale as she thought it would be, yet Ruby remains hopeful that she can defend the innocent and make a brighter future for all.
