In an alternative universe, after defeating Doctor Wily and freeing his brothers from Wily's reprogramming, Rock Light, otherwise known as Mega Man, found himself in legal trouble, due to his actions classifying him as a vigilante. He's let off with a warning that if he's to do something like fight Doctor Wily again, he must have a Hero License. Thus, he goes to Japan to attend UA High School's Hero Course to get a hero license. At UA, he befriends Izuku Midoriya, as their story begins: the story of how Deku became the greatest hero of all time, and how Mega Man became the first robot to ever become a pro hero.
