Main Villains: Penguin and Joe Chill, Side Characters: Harvey Dent (Before Two-face), Quincey Sharp, Falcone Crime Family and Maroni Crime Family, Near the middle of the movies Harvey Dent starts to gain a second personality after penguin threaten Dent's family, then while in court penguin hires Sal Maroni to throw acid into dent's face scaring him Physically and mentally but being a good friend with Bruce Wayne, Bruce Wayne has it where Harvey is put on 24-7 watch and with the best doctors which works for a while until penguin kills dent's family which makes Harvey go crazy and tearing at the side of his face that was scared then breaking out of the hospital to sake revenge
