Fan Casting Inspirations for “The Unforgotton” in Untitled Batfamily Story

Recurring antagonist/ally in seasons 3 and 4. Design-wise meant to be based off Legion from the Castlevania series. According to the Phantom Stranger, the Unforgotten is made up of the restless souls of those who died trying to fight against Perpetua and failed; as a result, the Unforgotten pursues the heroes in hopes of driving to finish what it’s collective consciousness failed. The being eventually helps the heroes defeat Perpetua, finally achieving closure for its collective souls.
