Synopsis

When Master Splinter tragically gives his life to save his sons, the lives of Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello will never be the same again as their dishonor, despair, sorrow, and illusions overtake them. Bonds of family are frayed, and the once close brothers are estranged for 17 years. But one day, the young turtle Renoir enters their lives, and he may just be the catalyst needed for the brothers, now aged 34, to come together once again to face the evils that threaten their existence.

April's intelligent but slightly clumsy best friend since childhood and a trusted ally to the Turtles. She used to be the secretary for Burne Thompson but is now promoted to TV reporter for Channel 6 News. She is married to Vernon Fenwick and is also an honorary aunt of Shadow Jones.
