Fan Casting Dylan Chron in Mortal Konquest

Dylan was a thief for some old artifacts in New York, especially in Chinatown. With Kung Jin, they actually find interesting relics from the past like the Diamond of Chrono. After being captured by NYPD and transferred to the UNSF as a draft soldier, he redeemed himself and take a part in a mission around the Temple of Khronos. That's the moment when he realizes he got the power when Geras, the priest defending him from Kronika and transfers his soul to him as the Bearer of Time Diamond.
