Story Plot
When a rogue sorcerer hosts a brutal inter‑realm tournament that will decide Earth’s fate, monk‑in‑training Liu Kang must join a motley team of fighters—ranging from a no‑nonsense Special Forces agent to an arrogant, washed‑up action star—to survive lethal fatalities, avenge his brother, and stop Shang Tsung from claiming every soul on the planet.
