In general the pilot ended with people more aware of the unnatural storm with a growling being. There are more monsters attacking-described as tall, disfigured, have small black eyes and pale, withered skin entities. plus things like strange fungi,weird fog,temperatures going down,food rots,gravity mixing up,electrical storm
