Years after Dr. George Tarleton helped Dr. Franklin Storm experiment on the so-called Fantastic Four, Tarleton has found himself as the head of a new science organization called AIM. He and his team work on a mechanized suit for Tarleton to wear in order to use as a weaponized flying vehicle.
