Down the Underworld, Tamatoa is still stuck. But then he sees an tribe of evil voyagers, led by the strong and fearsome Noa Malo. When they free him, Tamatoa grants them mythical powers as payment. Tamatoa and the voyagers escape the underworld, planning to conquer the whole ocean lands. The evil tribe's worst enemy, Peni Salesa, sees this and goes to stop them. Now it's up to Moana and Maui to find Peni and stop them.
