Mitchell Van Morgan is an anime-influenced animation media franchise created by MTV Networks Japan K.K. for Nickelodeon and owned by ViacomCBS Inc. (via Nickelodeon). The series chronicles the adventures and endeavors of the title character Mitchell Van Morgan and his friends in the fictional city of Raleighopolis (a city entirely based on North Carolina (USA)).
