Mitchell Van Morgan is an anime-influenced animation media franchise created by MTV Networks Japan K.K. for Nickelodeon and owned by ViacomCBS Inc. (via Nickelodeon). The series chronicles the adventures and endeavors of the title character Mitchell Van Morgan and his friends in the fictional city of Raleighopolis (a city entirely based on North Carolina (USA)). Devin Nelson is one of the main characters in the Mitchell Van Morgan series. She is a Caucasian-American teenage former artist and a current nurse who is Nicholas' outdoor-loving girlfriend. Devin started as a Started School at a University as an artist. After leaving her University training behind, She was In a Relationship with Mitchell's close buddy Nicholas and her favorite bookwriter is mostly Aldous Huxley. She sometimes aid in Mitchell and his buddies quests to stop Marquessa's manical world-takeover schemes. She can use the same skills as her boyfriend Nicholas sometimes, But on her own she is a medical specialist, a skilled motorcyclist, a sandwich artist and swordswomanship.
