Story Plot
A reimagining of Stephen King's book "Misery" set in present-day. Paul Sheldon is a popular romance novelist whose is ready to write for different genres, but his life changes one day when he gets into a car accident and is taken into of home of crazed fan Annie Wilkes. Annie Wilkes is not in love with Paul Sheldon, but just wants him to do her a favor, bring back her favorite character Misery Chastain.
