The year is 2018 and the United States elects a new president, Republican Charlie Doopers (Brendan Fraser), a man who promises reforms in American and international affairs. Just a week after his election victory, a man named Crypto kidnaps his daughter, Sabrina (Emma Appleton) and decides to kill her if the President does not fulfill the kidnapper's wish list, which features violent acts by Pope Jacob (John Hannah), a Russian conspiracy confession and an orgy at the United Nations headquarters. Will Charlie be willing to do this to save his daughter or not?
